Accomplishing the goal of this book took place in four stages: i. Creation of a comprehensive set of description of the direct or indirect Non-linguistic as well as linguistic features of the Proto-Indo-European Language. ii. Repeating the above procedures for the case of the Proto Kurdish Language. iii. Execution of a comparative process between the afore mentioned two sets of features. iv. Synthesis of the result of stage iii.
